Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using POLY.BID (the “Service”), including Predict, agents, paper trading, deposits, and withdrawals, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Polymarket executes and resolves markets
POLY.BID is an interface that helps you place and manage trades on Polymarket’s markets (including BTC up/down rounds). Orders you place through the Service are submitted to Polymarket’s systems (including its CLOB and related infrastructure).
Market outcomes, resolution, settlement, and payouts are determined by Polymarket (and its oracles / resolution rules), not by us. We do not control whether a market resolves up or down, when it resolves, or how Polymarket credits or debits balances.
If Polymarket delays, fails, reverses, or disputes a trade or settlement, that is outside our control. Your recourse for market resolution issues is with Polymarket’s terms and support channels.
Your funds and wallets
Trading balances used for live Polymarket orders sit in wallets and accounts in the Polymarket ecosystem (including deposit / proxy wallets). We do not hold those funds as a bank or traditional custodian, and we cannot move, freeze, or recover funds on Polymarket’s infrastructure at will.
You are responsible for securing any exported private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials. Anyone with your signing key can trade or withdraw on your behalf.
Paper-mode balances are simulated and have no cash value. They are for practice only.
Risk of loss
Prediction markets and crypto trading involve a substantial risk of loss. You can lose some or all of the funds you deposit or trade.
Past performance of agents, strategies, or other users is not a guarantee of future results. Odds, charts, and prices can move quickly and may be incomplete or delayed.
You trade at your own risk. Do not use funds you cannot afford to lose.
Automated agents
Agents on POLY.BID execute according to rules you configure (or copy). Once armed, an agent may place orders without further confirmation while it remains active.
You are solely responsible for agent settings, arming/disarming, and monitoring. We are not liable for trades an agent places on your account.
No financial advice
POLY.BID provides software tools and information only. Nothing in the Service is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.
You are solely responsible for deciding whether to trade and for complying with laws that apply to you.
Eligibility and compliance
You must be legally allowed to use prediction markets and crypto services in your jurisdiction. Polymarket and related providers may block certain regions; we do not override those restrictions.
You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activity, market manipulation, or abuse of other users.
Service availability
The Service may be interrupted, delayed, or changed without notice (maintenance, outages, third-party failures, or product updates).
We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, latency, failed submissions, or incorrect displays caused by network or third-party issues.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, POLY.BID and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost funds, or lost data, arising from your use of the Service or from Polymarket’s markets, wallets, or resolution.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid us for the Service in the 30 days before the claim, or (b) zero if you paid no fees.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material updates may require you to acknowledge the Terms again before trading.
Contact
Questions about these Terms can be raised through the official POLY.BID support channels published in the app. Official support will never ask for your private key.
These Terms are provided for clarity and do not constitute legal advice. Use of prediction markets may be restricted where you live.
